TriPoint Development Group LLC is a minority-owned real estate development and management firm specializing in high-impact multi-family, mixed-use, and residential projects. We operate as a Management LLC that oversees a portfolio of Single-Member LLCs (SMLLCs), utilizing five flexible business engagement models to leverage partnerships, public grants, and private equity to scale rapidly while minimizing corporate risk and nonprofit bureaucracy.
